VFM property management invites applications from suitably experienced residential block management contractors, tradesmen and property services suppliers

Block management contractors applying to be considered for inclusion on our approved list of property contractors should simply complete the form below and submit it to us with as much supporting information as possible.

VFM will assess your competence as block management contractors on the basis of the information submitted. As a minimum, this should include details of the  trades you are qualified and experienced in along with insurance details and areas of operation in the Greater London area.

For contractors proposing to undertake works on blocks of flats in our property management portfolio please refer to the following approved contractors link for details of our Block-Management-Contractors-Appointment-Procedure June 2020 which covers compliance matters such as Health and Safety, Insurance, Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM) etc
